United By Land my project with Culture Knowsley brought together people from across the Borough to create outdoors. It was such a lovely thing to be involved in and has been nominated for the Liverpool City Region Culture and Creativity Awards. Over the Summer I worked with other artists Jon Foreman, Richard Shilling, Julia Brooklyn and Tim Pugh.
Work took me to Pembrokeshire and the opportunity to spend a week with artists Jon Foreman, Mark Antony Haden Ford and Richard Shilling. Between the commission we were working on we managed to have some down time to play.
I created this little walk through my local woods to show as part of the 2021 online Llano Earth Art Fest, a festival I normally travel to on the banks of the river Llano in Texas.
Art Comes Naturally with Holy Trinity C of E Primary
Elsecar Park was the venue for a wonderful day of adventures with children from class 3 and class 5 of Holy Trinity C of E Primary, Elsecar. Such a creative, curious and inquisitive day with many special moments.
‘Art Comes Naturally’ is a project that I’m working on with the brilliant Faceless Arts, we’ve been working across the Dearne Valley with Schools and Communities exploring the outdoors and creating artworks out of natural materials.
Over autumn and winter i’ve been out in the woods playing with natural materials.
